Hands-On Grief Activities
Snippets
Activities can help us process grief and loss and in turn feel more balanced and positive. Some activities allow us to reflect, identify negative feelings, and develop goals for the future. For example, reminiscing about the loss, creating art, or participating in rituals can help people focus on the absence of the person or things they are missing.
